Who are we?

Dr Robert Reid PhD

Dr Rob is an independent performer, playwright, director, critic and historian. Dr Rob has been a theatre critic in Melbourne for twenty years. They have written for Beat, RealTime, theatre alive. Dr Rob was co-founder and co-editor of Witness performance. Dr Rob has been a professional theatre maker, game designer, festival director, playwright and performer in Melbourne for over thirty years. They have been the Artistic Director of the independent theatre companies, theatre in decay, terrible comfort and pop up playground, as well as writing plays produced by theatre companies around the country and internationally including Black Swan Theatre Company and the Melbourne Theatre Company. Dr Rob has a PhD in Australian theatre history and has written about theatre history and immersive performance for a wide range of academic and critical publications.
